Poor Perm done at Fantastic Sams
I had a perm just recently I am a senior lady that has a tight budget but the perm got straight after I washed it and I am going to ask for a refund. am dissapointed. Do they give refunds. It wasn't worth $59.00 what I paid for it and I still have my receipt. I told her I didn't want my hair cut but she insisted so she did any how. let me know what I can do. my email is ladybee2972@Yahoo.com
